Challenge: Executive Orders close Native Colleges and end degree programs
for Native Students

Opportunity: We created a campaign that showcases real Native Students that’s deeply rooted in Native American culture. The Tradition of Emulating the Bison— rather than running away from approaching storms, bison charge directly at them. This embodies values of fearlessness and resilience, encouraging us to confront challenges head-on instead of retreating.

University of Colorado, Denver

The University of Colorado Denver shares the Auraria Campus with two other institutions, making it hard for students to see what sets CU Denver apart.

We helped launch Learn with Purpose—a campus-wide brand campaign featuring kinetic hallway takeovers, social challenges, and pop-up faculty “office hours” that connect daily coursework to larger career goals.

Over the first 12 weeks:

  • 10.5 million earned impressions from the DIA concourse takeover alone, according to the out-of-home case study.

  • +27 % surge in organic search traffic to ucdenver.edu and a 200 % jump in mobile visits, showing immediate digital lift.

  • +7 % increase in total enrollment in the next admission cycle—the campus’s largest uptick in a decade.

University of Tennessee, Martin

Problem: Student enrollment had been in a steady decline for five consecutive years.

Solution: In less than 60 days our team developed and implemented an emotionally engaging creative and media campaign, breathing new life into the University of Tennessee at Martin communications plan.

Heritage College

Problem: At Heritage College enrollment was down. And the brand was offering career-ready courses, but its brand had lost its shine.

Solution: We created a complete rebrand of Heritage College, from a new logo, new tagline and a color-coded system for collateral for every department. We created a turnkey system to allow them to attract new students. And keep current students proud of where they attend school.
